Applications must be complete at the time of submission to be considered. Incomplete applications will be denied and returned without consideration. A complete application must include:
1. All questions in this document must be completed fully.
2. Documentation detailing the cost (vendor quote, page from a catalogue or online source, camp fee schedule or service fee schedule etc.)
3. Documentation for all costs of transportation, if applicable.
4. If you are an educational entity, you are expected to write and submit to Share A Vision a narrative describing the impact of your program. The narrative should include the number of students and/or teachers that were positively impacted.
5. Any unused funds must be returned to Share A Vision upon completion of this grant unless otherwise approved.
Complete applications will be considered on the following timeline:
Applications will be accepted from October 1st through November 10th. Grants will be awarded by November 30th.
